We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to establish and lead the Bank’s Solution Architecture practice. This role is responsible for defining architecture principles, technology standards, development guidelines, and approved technology stacks while designing secure, scalable, and integrated solutions across Core Banking, Digital Banking, and enterprise platforms. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and compliant with regulatory and security requirements

. Collaborate with business, project teams, vendors, and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architecture improvements and technology roadmaps. Mentor development teams and promote architecture best practices and technical excellence. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture, including 3+ years as a Solution Architect. Experience defining architecture standards, governance, and enterprise technology roadmaps. Strong experience across enterprise applications, integration, cloud platforms, infrastructure, databases, and cybersecurity. Hands-on knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred. TOGAF certification or equivalent architecture certification is preferred.
