Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of sales experience, including leadership experience as a Sales Manager or higher (automotive industry preferred). Experience in Agri sectors sales or similar. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
