Support procurement activities by reviewing technical and commercial quotations. Ensure all QS activities comply with company policies, contract requirements, and project specifications. Perform any other duties assigned by management.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related construction discipline.Experience Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor in building construction projects. Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration. Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and schematic diagrams. Good understanding of construction measurement standards and quantity take-off methods. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines. Good organizational and time management skills.
