Requirements
sits required to make assessment for actual quantities carried out at site. To perform other duties as assigned by Superior and Management. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or QS Engineer in building construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Experience with value engineering and cost optimization techniques is preferred. Good communication / flexible/ honest/ hard working/ be able to work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/estimating software- Meal Allowance - Transportation Allowance (No Ferry Provided) - Attendance Rewards
