Role Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Admin Executive – Claims to support the efficient administration of claims, reinstatement, payment, and operational reporting processes. The role contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives across Operations through effective process coordination, automation support, data management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate operational records, coordinating payment and reinstatement activities, supporting financial administration processes, and ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery across Operations function. Manage reinstatement cases, including medical cases processing, tele-underwriting coordination, and tracker maintenance. Administer reinstatement workflows and automated communications through Power Automate. Perform daily claims data entry, records maintenance, and claims document archiving. Prepare claim summaries, health claim calculations, and support documentation. Coordinate claims payments, refunds, and customer/agent payment notifications. Conduct AML screening and compliance checks for claims-related payments and refunds. Support cash float administration and coordinate with Finance and TPA stakeholders. Identify process improvement opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across Operations. Prepare and maintain operational reports, KPIs, TPA fee reports
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Provide administrative support for claims assessments, document management, and overseas cashless claim operations, including other duties assigned by Line Manager. Bachelor's degree in related field with relevant experience in operations, administration or insurance Minimum 3 years of experience in operations administration, insurance operations, claims administration, policy servicing, or related fields. Experience in life insurance, health insurance, claims operations, or reinstatement processes is preferred. Knowledge of claims administration, payment processing, AML compliance, and operational reporting. Demonstrated ability to enhance operational efficiency and support operational improvement initiatives. Experience in life insurance operations, claims administration, or underwriting support will be an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
